Dr. Hadas Peled

Hadas Peled (Ph.D.) is a lecturer at the Multidisciplinary Program, Bar Ilan University. Her research interests focus on new patterns for international economic law covering aspects related to international investment, conflict resolution, public procurement, and corporate governance. Hadas completed her doctorate and  LL.M, in Chinese Law from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. In addition, Hadas holds an LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She completed her legal internship at the chambers of Honorable Justice David Mintz.  

Research Interests: Law, Globalization and Political Economy; Legal Globalization of Chinese Economy, MNEs, and Corporate Governance.
